Whether a beginner player starting out for the first time, or wanting to refresh old skills and return to tennis after time away from the game, these classes will quickly improve your technical and rally-direction skills in a fun coaching environment!

Adult Classes – Evenings

An excellent way to unwind after a day at work! The focus with these programs is on point construction and development exercises with the view to improving one’s ability in a match play environment. Fitness and tactical coaching are all important cornerstones of this program.

Cardio Tennis

Get a serious workout that is a serious amount of fun!

Suitable for both high-school students and adults alike, Cardio Tennis combines the best features of the game of tennis with a full-body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

This high energy class is perfect for players of all standards!

Run in 4 week blocks with each class of one hour duration, the next round of classes will commence as follows:

  • Tuesdays 9.30am – 10.30am, 14 February
  • Tuesdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm, 14 February
  • Thursday 6pm – 7pm, 16 February
  • Fridays 6.30pm – 7.30pm, 10 February
