Cardio Tennis

Get a serious workout that is a serious amount of fun!

Suitable for both high-school students and adults alike, Cardio Tennis combines the best features of the game of tennis with a full-body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

This high energy class is perfect for players of all standards!

Run in 4 week blocks with each class of one hour duration, the next round of classes will commence as follows:

  • Tuesdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm, commencing 1 May
  • Wednesdays 9.30am – 10.30pm, commencing 2 May
  • Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.00pm, commencing 3 May
  • Fridays 9.30am – 10.30pm, commencing 4 May
